With more than 10 years experience as a yoga studio owner, two kids myself, training as a doula & prenatal yoga nerd - I'm here to help you take time out for yourself, to relax, build strength, connect with your baby, stay fit & ease pregnancy related aches & pains.

I give various options so that you can take it easy, or challenge yourself as much as needed. Beginners are also totally welcome!
