HEY LOVELY ~ I’M DEB!

Choosing your “A-team” when it comes to your health & well-being is a big deal… but one of the most “under-rated” parts of pregnancy in my opinion.

Although I’ve taught prenatal yoga for more than a decade - it wasn’t until the birth of my daughter 11 years ago - that I dove head first into the world of birth, babies & pregnancy.

Then when I was pregnant with my son… I realised how hard it was for modern mums to find the space in their day to take time for self care - add in the juggle of part time work, child care, parking and the slim window of opportunity made it super hard to get to a weekly prenatal yoga class. So I decided to create Stretch & Glow.

A lot of women start yoga for the very first time in pregnancy… and fall madly in love with the way it helps to strengthen the body, ease tension, improve sleep & calm the nervous system

I first created Stretch & Glow to help mums and parents access prenatal yoga at home in between juggling work, life & childcare.

With Covid-19 - now more than ever - for many parents it’s been super difficult to access classes.

With Stretch & Glow - there is no need to worry about the commute, parking, childcare or Covid restrictions as you can roll your mat out anytime.

We breathe, connect, stretch & sweat... and sometimes we talk about vaginas & the possibility of poop in labour.

These gorgeous women are two long term clients who I’ve had the privilege of supporting in their pregnancies…

I often get asked “how long can I practice yoga in pregnancy” and in most cases the answer is “right up until you have your baby”!

Here you can see Zoe & Jade, who both practiced with me all the way up until their babes were born.

I’ve even had women attend class in early labour … then go home and have the baby a few hours later 😜💪🏼.

Even though this program is online… everything I share in Stretch & Glow has been tried and tested hundreds of times in our real-life yoga studio over the past 15 years.
